This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this site or submit our "Book a consultation" form, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.

We collect information in two ways:
We use the information submitted through the consultation form solely to respond to your enquiry: to understand your operation, get in touch, and, where relevant, prepare a quote or demonstration. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it to third parties.
As a company established in Ireland, we process personal information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We rely on your consent (given by voluntarily submitting the form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries. Where the laws of another country you're located in also apply, we rely on the closest equivalent legal basis available under that law.
Form submissions are sent to our customer relationship management platform, provided by Odoo, which stores and helps our sales team manage your enquiry. We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
Where processing your information involves a transfer outside Ireland or the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, so your information stays protected to the same standard wherever it's processed.
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Under the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). This site loads the Montserrat typeface from Google Fonts and photography from Unsplash; both are requested directly from those providers' servers, each of which may process your IP address as part of serving that request, under their own privacy policies. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram take you to those platforms directly — anything you share there is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
This website is a business-to-business site addressed to hospitality and retail operators, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
